T helped out big time. Mark finished up painting the outside above the door. Tyler helped out with some little stuff too. I finished some small painting projects. Later in the day I took the company bike and went to the coffee shop for some food. When I was about to return I noticed that the back tire was flat. So i walked the bike up the street and T came up a little bit later and patched it for us. T is a good guy to have around. That night Sam and I went back to the building to finish the display window. We lined the sill and the columns with Aluminum flashing. Looks pretty cool.

Day 3

Well I didnt get a chance to post yesterday cause i was so damn busy!!

Lets see.....

August 5th 2005

well i had to be there at 7am cause the dumpter was being dropped off anywhere between 7am and 5pm. And the water was getting turned on also. so the water guy came got it turned on and found that some took all the valves off ALL the toilets...so those need to be replaced before we can have running water. grrrr!!!! I started tearing the column enclosures down to the original "I beams" and started opening the floor to the step. the dumpters came around 330pm and ofcourse that was a headache all in itself since the parking spot we reserved was taken(since they never put up a "dont park here" sign!) after that i had a few things to take care of down at the coffee shop, Affogato. That went till 11pm-ish. After that Sam, Victoria, and I went back up and tried to finish the things i had started...we left there around 1230am. Well here are some before and after pictures:

8.05.2005

I got to the point in cleaning where i couldnt do much so i put the couch i had there in the front display window with a lamp and sat there relaxing.....attracted alot of odd looks. attention is the plan.

ive been goin all day...and i have to be at the building by 7am....so im gonna go and rest for tomorrow....i hope to have some photos to post then.
